Over two intensive months, a dedicated team of UX students took on the challenge of reevaluating and enhancing the Video Creator's user experience. Through a meticulous process that involved interviewing existing customers, testing with newcomers to the platform, and gathering extensive feedback, they embarked on a journey to identify the core areas in need of improvement. The result? A set of comprehensive recommendations and guidelines that have been instrumental in shaping the new face of the SkillGround Video Creator.
