Introducing SkillGround 3.0

New platform, new name, same team. Here is how we built the next generation of our microlearning platform.

From Adme to SkillGround

When we started Adme over ten years ago, we were a pure production agency. We made explainer videos for large Swedish companies. Over the years, our ambitions grew. We did not just want to produce content - we wanted to make it easier for our customers to create, manage, and distribute training on their own.

So we built a platform. And now, with version 3.0, we are taking it a step further.

What is new in 3.0?

SkillGround 3.0 is a complete rewrite of the platform. Here are the biggest changes:

- AI Script Assistant that helps you write scripts from a short brief - Perfect-Sync - our new technology that syncs visual elements with narrator voice tempo - Draft Library with over 3,000 animation blocks for rapid prototyping - New course builder with interactive quizzes and branching menus - Launchpad for distributing content to external audiences without an LMS

Why we changed the name

Adme was a good name for a production agency. But we are no longer just an agency. We are a platform, a production tool, and a training partner. SkillGround better reflects what we actually do: we give organizations the ground to build better training.

Changing a name is not a light decision. But we felt the time was right when the product had grown so much bigger than where it started.

What comes next

We are already working on the next big feature: Academies, a way to organize courses into learning paths with automated follow-up. We are also expanding our integration capabilities to make it simple to connect SkillGround with existing LMS platforms.

If you want to try the platform, you are welcome to book a demo. We are happy to show you what we have built.
