Use of the SkillGround platform (Animate, Build, Launch) is governed by separate licence agreements entered into when subscribing.

SkillGround is not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law and Disputes
