Is there a free trial?

We offer a guided demo where you can test the platform with your own content. Contact us and we will set up a personal walkthrough.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The difference is calculated proportionally based on your remaining subscription period.

How does the Snowball discount work?

Every production leaves behind reusable animation clips in your library. As the library grows, you automatically get a lower price: 10% off at 100+ clips, 20% at 500+, and 30% at 1,000+. The discount applies to both platform and studio.

What is included in the studio service?

End-to-end production from brief to finished delivery: workshop, script, style frames, draft video, final production, narration, and localisation. All prices include AI narration. Professional voice recording is available as an add-on.

How does SCORM export work?

Build tier and above includes SCORM export in both 1.2 and 2004 formats. Export finished packages that you upload directly to your LMS. We also support share links and iframe embeds.

Which LMS platforms do you support?

Our SCORM packages work with any LMS that supports SCORM 1.2 or 2004. We have experience with Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Totara, and more. We also help with migration and setup.

How long does a typical production take?

Explainer videos take 2-4 weeks, interactive SCORM modules 3-6 weeks, and microlearning sequences 2-3 weeks. Our AI-assisted pipeline is 2-3 times faster than traditional production houses.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, our Snowball model provides automatic discounts based on your clip library size. For larger commitments with multiple simultaneous productions, we can also offer project discounts. Contact us for a quote.
