5 ways AI is changing e-learning production
From scriptwriting to localization - how we use AI in every step of production.
Introduction
AI is not just a buzzword in education. For us, it is a practical tool that makes every step of production faster and better. Here are five concrete ways we use AI in our daily work.
1. AI-driven scriptwriting
Writing good scripts is the most time-consuming part of e-learning production. Our AI Script Assistant takes a short brief and generates a first script draft in minutes instead of days. It is not a finished script - it is a starting point that a human then refines. But it saves hours of blank-page anxiety.
2. Automatic visual matching
AI Autofill reads the script and suggests visual elements from our Draft Library. Instead of manually browsing thousands of animation blocks, you get a ready suggestion to start from. This has cut our prototype time in half.
3. Perfect-Sync - intelligent narrator sync
Narrator voice and visual elements must be in sync for a video to feel professional. Perfect-Sync analyzes the voice and adjusts timing, pauses, and transitions automatically. It works for both AI voices and recorded studio voices.
4. Automatic subtitles and accessibility
Every video gets automatically generated subtitles. We use speech-to-text models trained for Swedish speech, which gives significantly better results than generic tools. Subtitles are exported in SRT format and can be edited before publishing.
5. Scalable localization
Localizing a course to 14 languages used to take six months. With AI-driven localization and Perfect-Sync, it takes six weeks. AI translates, generates voices, and syncs visual elements - all in an automated pipeline. Humans review and fine-tune, but the heavy lifting is done.
Summary
AI does not replace creativity. But it removes the heavy lifting in production, so our creators can focus on what actually matters: making training that people want to watch.
