Atlas Copco, one of Sweden's largest industrial groups with over 55,000 employees in more than 150 countries, faced a concrete challenge: their digital security training wasn't reaching people effectively. Existing material was static, difficult to update, and lacked the consistency needed when the same message must reach employees in China, Brazil, and Sweden. Each market had its own adaptations, but quality varied significantly. The company needed training that was engaging enough to actually be completed, simple to distribute via their existing SAP SuccessFactors platform, and could be rolled out quickly across all markets with minimal local adaptation.

SkillGround developed a complete digital security training consisting of 34 films across 4 modules. Each module combines animated explainer videos with interactive knowledge checks and scenario-based exercises. Production used SkillGround's Draft Library of over 5,000 animation clips as a base, making it possible to go from brief to finished course faster than traditional production. All voiceover was handled with AI voices in 14 languages, synchronized with Perfect-Sync technology that automatically adjusts visual pacing to voice cadence. The course was packaged as SCORM for direct distribution via SAP SuccessFactors, with no technical integration required.
The Results
The Results
The course is now live at acg-digital-security.web.app and reaches Atlas Copco's entire organization in 14 languages. The format of short animated modules with embedded quizzes has delivered measurably higher completion rates compared to previous text-based materials. By using SkillGround's clip library and AI voiceover, the project was delivered within budget and on a timeline that traditional productions could not have matched.
